Someone has compiled this useful wiki of blog posts for entrepreneurs thinking about raising capital. A lot of the topics I discussed here in the past are covered, including Board composition, bootstrapping, how to think about equity dilution, etc. My favourites:
- Guy Kawasaki's The Art of Bootstrapping.
- Top 10 questions you're likely to get from investors.
- A link to the shortened, free (downloadable!) version of Seth Godin's Bootstrapper's Bible.
- A link to Brad Feld's encyclopedic review of term sheet elements - a very useful reference. (We should do a European edition of this -- anyone)?
Thanks to the Venture Blogalist for the original reference.
I am going to shamelessly link to this for my "FAQs for Entrepreneurs" series...(only after reading the full thing, of course)!
